1. The promotion period of the Promotion is from 18 January 2021 to 30 April 2021 ("Promotion Period").
2. This Promotion is applicable to SHOPLINE’s “O2O Bundle Package” or "Online Shop Bundle Package" ("Selected Packages").
3. Eligible Transactions shall mean subscriptions of the Selected Packages by way of local/ overseas/ online transactions using valid VISA Principal / Supplementary Cards issued in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macau Special Administrative Region using VisaNet ("Eligible Transactions"). For the avoidance of doubt, all transactions that are found to be fraudulent or eventually canceled/returned will be considered as ineligible transactions and are not applicable to this Promotion.
4. Each VISA cardholder shall enjoy the Promotion once only and this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes, cash vouchers or discounts by SHOPLINE.
5. The subscribers must accept Visa in the mean of SHOPLINE Payments / Stripe / PayPal under this Promotion and this has to be specified in its communication material.
6. The subscribers shall add "Welcome to use Visa" in their checkout option.
7. The Subscribers cannot make alteration or cancellation to the Eligible Transactions, and all rewarded subscription period or waived fees ("Awards") cannot be transferred or converted into cash under any circumstances.
8. SHOPLINE shall have the final decision over the eligibility of the subscribers for any Awards to be rewarded upon verification of the transaction records held by SHOPLINE. In case of any disputes, SHOPLINE’s records shall be final and conclusive.
9. The subscriber must keep the original invoices of all posted transactions. SHOPLINE reserves the right to request the subscribers to provide the relevant original invoices for verification.
10. Use of the Awards is subject to the terms and conditions of the general SHOPLINE Terms and Conditions.
11. The Eligible Transactions shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of SHOPLINE and may be varied from time to time without further notice.
12. SHOPLINE reserves the right to suspend, revise, or terminate the Promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time. In case of any disputes, the decision of SHOPLINE shall be final.
13. No person other than the subscribers and SHOPLINE (including its successors and assignees) will have any right to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
14. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
15. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
16. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
